1. How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our QC (quality control) team closely monitors every step of the manufacturing process. Before shipping, each batch undergoes thorough analysis, including HPLC testing. We also collaborate with third-party agencies like SGS or PONY for final pre-shipment inspections to ensure consistency and reliability.
2. Can I request a sample?
Yes, we’re happy to send samples upon request. Once we receive your sample inquiry, we will arrange shipment right away so you can evaluate the product quality firsthand.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
Our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, with the remaining 70% payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading. We also support L/C at sight for eligible orders.
4. Will I be able to track my shipment?
Definitely. We provide full shipping updates, including tracking numbers, packing lists, loading images, and all relevant documents — all delivered to your email for easy reference.
5. What’s your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is just 1 kg, making it convenient for trial orders or smaller-scale needs.
6. Do you offer customized packaging or private label services?
Yes, we support OEM services. We can print your logo or design on the packaging as per your requirements.
7. What’s your typical lead time?
If stock is available, we usually ship within 7–10 days. For items that need to be freshly produced, the lead time is about 10–15 days.
8. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer, located in the beautiful Ningxia region of China. Our facility has a production capacity of over 100,000 tons annually. You’re warmly welcome to visit us anytime!
